A diagnosis can bring up a lot
Some people feel relieved when they get a diagnosis. Others feel grief, anger, or mostly confusion. You may look back on certain memories differently, or wonder whether to tell family and friends. There is no right way to react.
You choose what we talk about. Maybe you want to understand what the diagnosis means to you, make more room for recovery, or work out how to explain your needs to someone else.
Where would you like to start?
We could prepare for a conversation with someone close to you, or look at a routine that is not working. You decide where we begin.
I do not diagnose or provide medical treatment. I listen and think things through with you. If you like, we can also find a strategy to try in everyday life.
Book a free first conversation
Get in touch and we will arrange a free first conversation. You can tell me what is on your mind, and we can see whether my support is a good fit. You decide whether you want to continue. If you do, we agree whether to meet online or in person in the Falun area, how often, and what you want to work on.
My name is Dirk. I am from the Netherlands but live in Sweden, near Falun. I have worked with neurodiversity for over 20 years. I am learning Swedish, so for now sessions are in Dutch or English. If you decide to continue, sessions cost 695 SEK per hour (approximately €65).
